Sažetak
Due to its complexity, numerous activities and an increasing number of participants, the modern supply chains are extremely vulnerable to a large number of potential risks, therefore supply chain risk management is part of the supply chain management, which covers all technical and technological resources, strategies, processes and activities based on the principles of 'risk management'. Key assistance in establishing a risk management system in supply chains is the implementation and application of the standards class 28, that is ISO 28000 ff, whose area is precisely related to the establishment of security systems and risk management in supply chains. The key requirements of the ISO 28000 ff family of standards are related to companies seeking to define the risks identified in a supply chain via security plan, to create a vulnerability chain report in order to define a security scenario, to create a safety plan describing risk management measures, identifying critical points and developing education programs. This provides greater control over the supply chain operations ; prevention and reduction of economic losses ; reduction of theft, breakup and crime ; preparedness for emergency situations ; greater efficiency ; improved customer service ; increased competitiveness, greater reputation and better market position. The aim of the paper is to review the systematic approach to management of supply chain management risks by applying the requirements of ISO 28000 ff and ISO 31000 ff standards.
