Sažetak
We present a case of penile actinomycosis of ventral side of distal part of penile shaft clinically diagnosed as an abscess with fistula in a 45-year-old-man. It is thought that the disease has been caused by a penile skin disruption by correction surgery resulting in anatomically modified penis. The treatment started with ciprofloxacin, then switched to crystalizied penicillin and followed by amoxicillin. Three months after the treatment ended, no signs of relapse have been noted.
