Sažetak
Change in hair diameter which follows skin irradiation is the basis of proposed biological dosimetry technique. Proton microprobe analysis was used to explore the relationship between changes in hair elemental composition and received dose. Due to significant variations in elemental concentrations among different hairs and non-uniform elemental radial distribution, a relationship between received dose and elemental concentrations could not be confirmed. However, most of the elements studied showed an increase in concentration after the irradiation period.
