Occupational therapy in the Republic of Croatia has been developing under specific historical, social, cultural and political influences. Significant progress in practice and education occurred during last 30 years, collectively accomplished as a result of strategic international networking, exchange of information and cooperation. This chapter is presenting this process of change as well as the circumstances in which this is happening.
