Sažetak
Importance of customer's loyalty for the telecommunication operator on a competetive market is not questionable at all. HPT d.o.o Mostar realized that fact and decided to start with process of creating a system that will improve the contact with customer and increase the quality of services. The benefit is mutual. These papers show the basic phases that are defined during the implementation of such project.
