Sažetak
An infinite product for the value of π was discovered by the John Wallis in the 17th century. Ratio appearing in this product is connected with the quotient of two gamma functions and in this form it has been investigated by many authors in various papers. In this talk we will study more general Wallis ratio Γ(x + s)/Γ(x + t) and present asymptotic expansions of this quotient and related inequalities.
