Sažetak
The aim of this paper was to analyze the influence of basic motor skills on the level of specific ball skills of rhythmic gymnastics through three learning points in 6-year-old children. The sample consisted of 70 children who were tested for specific ball skills and BOT-2 short battery of tests to assess fundamental movement skills. The initial learning stage is defined mostly by the influence of precise motor skills and the focus of the respondents on the technique of the apparatus. These relations are changing in the motor learning phase. Bilateral and hand coordination becomes more and more important, as a general coordination factor, that is indispensable in rhythmic gymnastics. Future research should include competitive sample of respondents to identify the correlation of researched variables in the representative sample.
