Sažetak
The speech was about working opportunities of instrument music teachers in the context of two paradigms which are immanent to this profession, an artistic and teaching. The main role of every instrument teacher is to teach how to acquire the skill and for that, the best method is by demonstration. For demonstration, teachers need to have good own skills of playing an instrument. It is important for every future music teacher to have an education which is divided between music and teaching courses which will be the starting point to acquire an artistic and teaching competencies and it would be an opportunity for working not only as teachers but also as an artist.
