Sažetak
In each project development there are certain cost that are result of consumption of material and other factors of technological process. Any activity that needs to be carried out to earn revenue, as a ruler, entails certain costs. Using the method (PERT/COST) in this paper, an analysis was carried out to allow a more realistic forecasting of total project costs and a part of the available resources while maintaining project completetion time.
