Sažetak
The aim of this pilot study was to examine potential differences in general ideological orientations between students in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Questionnaire assessing general ideological orientations (GIO) was administered on a total of 163 students from Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Results showed that Croatian students are significantly more left-wing oriented than students from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The results could be interpreted in the terms of social and educational environmental dissimilarities, probably related to differences between collectivist (primary east) and individualistic (primary west) cultures.
