Sažetak
The European Commission published a serious of documents in order to facilitate the accomplishment the single market in the European Union. In the Single Market Strategy and the Digital Single Market Strategy the concept of the sharing economy is particularly stressed. Rules about new business models have multiple effects on all market participants. There is a need for reconsideration of existing definitions and their flexible application to innovative business models.
