Sažetak
Security as a phenomenon and one of the basic functions of the state is very complex for the study and research throughout the history. The state and the institutions can act and respond to sources of compromising, they need skills, competence and knowledge for proper actions to remove the threat, or comproising. As with the above components as well as at other higher aducatio institutions in the Republic of Croatia there is a separate program that allowed students to acquire by the individual components. Analyzed the implemented level of courses deling with debate about the need for these types of studies in Croatia.
