Sažetak
In this article we present a group of patients treated in Dept. of Neurosurgey in University Hospital "Sestre milosrdnice" for severe brain injury. Among other methods of treatment we performed ICP monitoring, both diagnostic and therapeutical method. We present significance of ICP monitoring on the outcome of the patients.
