Sažetak
Since joining the Eu, a large number of medical professionals emigrated from Croatia to more developed countries, with more doctors emigrating each year. WHO issued a statement warning that such migrational flows may lead to further global inequality in healthcare availability. Our aim was to determine 6th year medical students' tendencies towards emigration after graduation and after specialization, as well as their specialty preferences.
