Sažetak
Rezultati fumigacije tla klorpikrinom u staklenicima u SR Hrvatskoj In 1980 two experiments of soil fumigation with chloropicrin in two glasshouses of ZIK »Izvorski« Bogdanci, were made. The surface of each glasshouse is 1, 5 ha. The dosages of 500 l, 600 l, 700 l, 1000 l and 1500 l per hectare were used. After the fumigation tomato sorts Larganto and Suzi were planted. In the vegetation before in the same glasshouses also tomato was planted. The base problems were corky-root and browning of tomato root and nematodes from the genus Meloidogyne. Also, experiments in the glasshouses of the Institute in Zagreb were provided. After picking tomatoes the yield from each dosage and from no treated parts in both glasshouses was measured, plants were taken out and the root was examined. In the Institute laboratory the length and the weight of tomato plants was measured and flowers and crops were counted. The chloropicrin application has given very good results. Largantos yield was from 24, 5 t/ha on no treated soil till 98, 9 t/ha on the treated soil with the dosage of 1500 l/ha. Yield of sort Suzi was from 59, 2 t/ha on no treated soil till 108, 6 t/ha on the treated soil with 1000 l/ha. In this way fumigation profit (difference in income compared to control less fumigation costs) of 277.780, 80 dinars till 1.143.592, 40 dinars per hectare is realized. Nematodes and causes of corky-root and browning of tomato root were reduced so that they probably hat not any influence on the height of yield but only with the dosage of 1000 l/ha or 1500 l/ha. Our opinion is that this preparation will get a permission for use in our country we shall get very good biocide suitably for soil fumigation in glasshouses where some pathogen organisms are present in soil or where because of intensive production to the so called »soil exhaustion« has come.
