Sažetak
In this work we have analyzed working hours for employees in a local company. Different statistical criteria consistently demonstrate that excessive workload is carried by the same employee. The lack of knowledge about organizing working schedules can cause uneven and unfair workload and this is one of the important causes of mobbing. There are different approaches in trying to design a fair schedule. One approach of choice uses linear programming, which can be a powerful tool in workload management.
