Sažetak
The present paper aims to explore scientific productivity and co-authorship network of organization and management scholars from public higher education institutions in the South East Europe. The final sample in our study consisted of 211 scholars and junior faculty members from five countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, and Serbia) which all together published 1.167 papers indexed in Web of Science core collection database from 1990 to 2018. Social Network Analysis was performed in order to examine interaction patterns between scholars from the sample. Our findings confirm that there is a growing tendency of the co-authored papers among scholars from the sample. However, the co-authorship network is still mostly composed of isolated groups and collaboration between scholars from different institutions and countries is relatively weak.
