Sažetak
PTSD group treatment program has been modified and developed along last 10 years at our Center. For the last three years the program has been unique for all the patients and its form is: educative groups, sociotherapy groups, problem-solving groups and small, trauma groups. 90 PTSD patients have been followed up before the treatment and 12 months after the treatment. Measured dimensions were level of PTSD symptoms, DESNOS tendency, defence and cope mechanisms and level of anxiety and depression. The paper will show the basic changes in psychological functioning due to the treatment.
