Sažetak
In 1991./92. 350 persons referred to Psychiatric Clinic with combat stress reaction. They were included in group debrifing, individual debrifing and counselling. Group debrifing was organised in 10 sessions day by day in groups of 12-15 participants. Analysing the length of treatment and long term sequelae we fonud that group debrifing was more efficient in prevention of chronification of psychological symptoms but had no effects on long-term sequelae of combat stress reaction.
