Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to show certain characteristics of communication in working with psychotraumatised patients - from the viewpoint of the law, the social worker and the group therapist. Our purpose is to explain how PTSD patients percieve the role of the attorney at law, social worker and group theraqpist consisted in one person. We noticed that perception of the law and common rules was very unrealistic. It is mostly based upon unrealistic promises that do not have funding in reality. In that case, words "hrvatski branitelj" - "Croatian defender" sound magic enough to block the use of laws valid for "others". Considering these realtions, paper should show us how difficult is to maintain boundaries in therapeutic process and relations of that kind.
