Sažetak
The children with CHD have more problems with social adaptation than healthy children. The reasons fro that could br following: lack of selfconfidence, bondage with parents, later achivement of financial independence, limitation in professional orientation because of CHD. Croatia is predominantly conservative enviroment and these results could be somewhat different to similliar investigation perfomed in Western countries
