Sažetak
Emerging zoonosis recently became world health problem. Examples are brucellosis, dog rabies, avian influenza, Niphan and viruses of hemorrhagic fever, cysticercosis as well as brucellosis and tularemia. Many factors contribute to the emergence of these zoonotic diseases. Environmental factors including climate changes, human and animal behavior, human, animal and environmental microbiome play a crucial role in their appearance. One Health is an integrated approach for the understanding and management of animal, human, and environmental determinants of complex problems .They life cycle, adaptation to diverse environment and human cells are peculiar and is still under intensive research. In this lecture the interesting aspect of environmental persistence, pathogenesis of the disease and mechanisms of infection will be presented.
