Sažetak
The recent floods in the Nin area and the experience of rapid mapping of the flooded area reveal the usability or uselessness of existing data collection methods like collecting from satellite imagery when mapping the boundaries of the flooded areas. Sometimes there are floods that are very rapid in emergence and equally rapid in their withdrawal. Basic benefits of using satellite imagery in flood surveillance is data availability, coverage and size of area covered by satellite imagery, the effectiveness of the flood coverage mapping method and relatively low cost of mapping large areas. The proposed method is very useful in management crisis and at times when you need to reach relevant spatial data very quickly called. In real time, they are dynamically changing and are especially important for decision making - saves property and people from flooded areas. Timely spatial information in the form of a series of thematic maps, with the help of not only maps but also photogrammetry and remote sensing can help predict development flood, and soon decisions will leave the so-called-Artificial Intelligence. The aim is to propose a method that is very useful in managing a crisis and at times when you need to get relevant spatial data very quickly in the so-called real-time and dynamic changes are particularly important for decision-making in the rescue of property and people from flooded areas.
