Sažetak
Technology is now rapidly developing and advancing, and therefore using technology to help people with disabilities. Assistive technology is important in the rehabilitation of people with Parkinson's disease. The treatment of Parkinson's disease is complex and lifelong, and therefore requires continuous and open collaboration between patients and all members of the multidisciplinary team, as well as the use of assistive technologies. In view of the above, some of the helpful solutions for people with Parkinson's disease will be shown in this paper. Although it is more common in the elderly, this disease also occurs in people of younger age who are labor-active. The purpose of assistive technologies used in people suffering from Parkinson's disease is to reduce dependence on another person, increase mobility, increase fitness for daily life activities and prevent falls. In this way, we directly influence the better quality of life of these people and their greater involvement in the community. Some of the assistive technologies to be addressed are smart homes, smart watches, smart goggles, various applications to help older people.
