Sažetak
The paper describes an implementation of a neural network (NN)-based control algorithm trained to emulate the behaviour of a digital PI controller. The NN-based controller has been applied to the angular speed control loop of a dc motor drive. The experimental results confirm that the NN-based angular speed controller has provided the dynamic behaviour which is comparable to the behaviour of a digital PI controller.
