Sažetak
Eight novel harmine and CADs conjugates linked via amide bond were designed, successfully synthesized and identified by their spectral data (IR, MS, 1H and 13C NMR). Antimalarial activity of the compounds will be evaluated in vitro on both erythrocytic and hepatic stages of the Plasmodium, as well as cytotoxicity against human cell lines.
