Sažetak
What is happening in Croatian enterprises and where do they stand in relation to the global trends in human resource management? Croatia has some general economic problems as all countries in transition, it is a country that faces changes in economic and social systems. The Croatian economy struggles with problematic work relations and low economic growth, but through qualitative and professional human resources management it is possible to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the economic subjects, and accelerate the economic development of the whole national economy.
