Sažetak
The absence of a reliable and simple test for the assessmentvof the immunosuppressive potentialnof the anti-human lymphocyte globulun UALG) prevents standardization of the product, and can account for divergent results by different investigation. Wereport the resukts of further studies with the test. Our aim was to find out if the test of the monocyte spreading inhibition can be used to differentiate a supresive from o nonsupressive ALG. We believe, that the in vitro test of the monocyte spreading inhibition can select stronglysuppressive from nonsupressive ALG saples. Probably the test could also differentiate active from inactive antilymphocyte sera during the proccess of ALG production.
