Sažetak
The cellular immunity to purified protein antigens (BSA and HSA) inmice were induced. The immunity could be detected in vivo by thefootpad test, and in vitro by the macrophage spreading inhibition test. Pretreatment of peritoneal cells with antitheta serum and completment abolished the macrophage spreading inhibition. Lymphocytes from mice immunized to FSA, incubated with the antigen, produced supernatants wich inhinited the spreading of macrophages from untreatedvmice.
