Sažetak
Estramustine therapy was applied during 15 months to Stage D3 prostate cancer pts refractory on Mab with elevated CgA level. Successful treatment was achieved in 29% of pts with the mean response time 9.2 months. Estramustine was examined as an addition to docetaxel therapy.
