Sažetak
An efficient numerical simulation technique for nonisothermal elastoplastic responses of shell structures has been proposed. A realistic highly nonlinear and temperature dependent hardening model has been applied. The closest point projection integration algorithm proposed in conjunction with a consistent elastoplastic tangent modulus ensures accuracy and robustness of the computational procedure. The derived algorithm has been embedded into a layered assumed strain isoparametric finite element which is capable of geometrical nonlinearities. Under the assumption of an adiabatic process, the increase of temperature is considered during elastoplastic deformation of spherical shell.
