Sažetak
This paper focuses on the company's organizational split-up that is, as a status change, available to management for finding the best solutions for the future of the company. The emphasis of the paper is also placed on the correlation between organizational aspects of the company's split-up and its business performance. Therefore, the ways to split-up the company as well as organizational changes which are inherent to the implementation of any status change are analyzed thought case study od Vodovod i čistoća d.o.o. Sinj. A special part of the case study refers to the analysis of business performance before the split-up and some comparison of the business performance of the companies whitch were incorporated after the split-up. Based on the analysis of business performance of Vodovod and Čistoća after the split-up it can be concluded that the start change did not ensure better business performance to the companies involved in this process.
