Sažetak
We derive the effective models for describing the behavior of the fluid in 1D- 1D junctions (pipes) and 2D-2D junctions. Starting from the Navier-Stokes system in thin domain and using the two-scale convergence, we justify the two-scale model describing the flow through a junction. Finally, separating the variables in the two-scale model, we obtain the effective junction condi- tion.
