Sažetak
Emergency Control Centre (ECC) of Albanian Transmission System operator contains remote monitoring and control (SCADA) application for 24 transformer stations as well as automatic generation control (AGC) application for 6 regulating power plants. SCADA application is PROZA NET and AGC application is PROZA AGC. The main purpose of AGC application is load-frequency control in case of a failure in National dispatching centre. AGC's communications and archiving functionalities, as well as its HMI, are integrated within SCADA Communication of ECC with remote objects is done using IEC 60870-5-104 and ICCP communication protocols. In each transformer station and hydro power plant controlled by OST an additional security level is installed through communication-control device, which blocks sending of commands and setpoints when ECC is not authorised for control.
