Sažetak
The uses of Serological test for the detection of Carnation mottle virus in crude sap The experiment were carried out to prove wether the serological method by immunodiffusion in gel could be used as a routine test for the detection of CarMV in crude sap. This serological method gave satosfactory result for the detection CarMV. It could be used as reable test over all the year, because under our conditions the concentration of virus in crude sup was always high enough to gave visible perceipitian patterns. Carnation mottle virus was detected quite in all commercial varietes. On the contrary, carnation ringspot virus was detected only in few them
