Sažetak
We used the patch-clamp technique in whole-cell configuration to study and analyze the excitability of neurons obtained from the rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG). The aim of the study was to analyze the excitation response of a DRG neuron membrane to the arbitrary waveform stimuli, obtaining strength-duration (SD) and strength-frequency (SF) curves.
