Sažetak
Various urban and spatial changes have taken place in Croatia. They can be observed in the context of urban renewal and unplanned construction, i.e. a general lack of city planning. New social actors have also taken place in these changes. We look at the latest forms of urban development in the city of Zagreb, and at the new structures which recently appeared in the city through several researches: Influence of Social Actors on Urban Transformation and urban renewal of Zagreb After 2000 (doctoral thesis) and The quality of living in the settlement network of Zagreb - (2013-2015) .
