Sažetak
Parameters of safe and comfortable bus drive were studied over two three-year periods on a sample of 12 buses of modern design (ergonomically shaped driver's and passenger seats, improved control board, air conditioning system) versus 12 buses of older design. The following were studied: involvement in traffic accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, cost of the damage, driver attitudes, passenger attitudes. The results confirm that safe and comfortable drive is directly related to the improvement of the ergonomic characteristics of the vehicle.
