Sažetak
Abstract: Dynamic changes in the local and the broader environment of the Croatian companies require from their top managers quick and timely reactions for adapting to new and unexpected situations. Timely actions and reactions greatly depend on their having at their disposal quality business information and their capable use in the processes of independent decision-making. The behaviour of top managers towards business information in the strategic decision-making processes depends on a whole series of personal and instrumentalised variables. This paper is concerned with the identification of these variables and their influence with the purpose to determine the existence of certain differences in the behaviour towards information with respect to the international top managers and to possibly make a forecast of the Croatian top managers’ future behaviour towards this, for the economics of a company, strategic input as well as towards other modern techniques of communication providing them with logistic support.
