Sažetak
Adaptation of some Croatian agriculture English borrowings have been analysed in the paper. Their primary and secondary meaning changes in the Croatian language are described here based upon the modern theories of contact languages. It means that the meaning of the word originated from the English language can remain unchanged and restricted to the zero semantic extension. The secondary change of an English borrowing meaning is characterized by its meaning expansion and other development senses (pejorative).
