Sažetak
Present day successful companies must globalize both their purchase and sales markets and introduce new management conceptions in which the flexibility and the time optimality in the production of their products and/or services come to expression. All this also augments the role of business logistics. Companies must introduce new management conceptions, such as: Just in Time (JIT), Quick Response (QR), Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) and other. Logistical tasks, namely, do not end at and are not limited by the company’ ; ; ; ; ; s borders, but what is being observed is the entire logistical chain that requires efficient and successful cooperation of the partners. The realization of this cooperation demands the transparency of accomplished effects, which is to be realized through the formation of adequate information systems of companies and information flows in the entire logistical chain.
