Sažetak
In accordance with Article 37 (4) of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation, the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) has adopted an opinion on the proposal for harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) of pirimicarb (EC Number: 245-430- 1, CAS Number: 23103-98-2). The proposal was submitted by the United Kingdom competent authority. It was proposed to classify pirimicarb as Carc. 2, Acute Tox. 3 for oral and inhalation toxicity, and Skin Sens. 1, in addition to already existing classification as Aquatic Acute 1 and Aquatic Chronic 1.
