Sažetak
Goods are often distributed to its consumers through logistic service providers, to insure product’s availability, timely, at the right place and at the lowest cost. In this paper, we carried out the analysis of the existing distribution network which was planned by a company, using the Optimap and Driving Route Planner calculator software, so there is an opportunity to optimize the distribution network with the aim of reducing transport costs. Optimization is carried out by re-designing distribution network routes, using methods of heuristic solving of the travelling salesman problem(TSP). The results that have been obtained were compared with existing ones for each route in the distribution network. They have been compared from the aspect of distance and overall transport costs.
