Sažetak
With the latest revision of ISO 9001:2015 leadership has become extremely important. This is particularly the case in changing the title of Chapter 5 which was „Responsibility of Management“ in the revision of the ISO 9001 in 2008 while in the new one the title is Leadership. By that the perception of the actual functioning of the system management and the concept of quality management in the direction of substitution of the place and role of leaders and managers in the organization has been confused. The aim of this paper is to point out the relationship between management and leadership, especially from the aspect of quality management system requirements.
