Sažetak
Oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) and 9 wine samples was done with iodine as a titrant. The potential shift (ΔE) after introducing AA and wine samples into the iodine solution has been measured. The linear response has been obtained with the increase of the AA concentration as well as the wine additions. Conventional methods for the determination of antioxidant activity: FRAP, ABTS, DPPH, and Folin-Ciocalteu have been used for comparison.
