Sažetak
This study compares the effect of application of diferent organic and mineral fertilizers on maize (Zea mays L.) yield. Objective was to evaluate the biogas-digestate as a nutrient source for maize production. The used digestate was obtained after the anaerobic digestion from mixture of maize silage and the liquid cattle manure. Eight treatments were established in four replicates including digestate (soild and liquid), NPK fertilizer (with top dressing of CAN), liquid cattle manure, combination of digestate with NPK and control. Maize yield was statistically different between treatments, highest value was obtained at NPK treatment while lowest at control. Digestate showed positive fertilizing effect on yield.
