Sažetak
The paper deals with a relatively rare phenomenon in the large European power system. It is an enormous cumulated delay in grid time of the power system (or electric clocks in comparison with universal time - UTC), which after a longer period become an accidental deviation in grid time of the European system. It consisted of a delay of all devices that use grid time in their operation, but the operation of computers or cell phones was not affected by this disturbance.
