Sažetak
Because of controversial results, rejection rates of first-set skin H-Yincopatibile grafts transplanted from parental or F1 males to (C57BL) X CBA) F1 and (C57BL X C3H) F1 females were retested. Both hybrid strains have the same H.2b/k haplotype. (C57BL) X CBA) F1 hybrids rejected parental and F1 H-Y incompetible grafts similary ; the median survival time (MST = 26 days). (C57BL X C3H) F1 females rejected C57BL make skin grafts as quockly as C57BL females, but C3H and (C57BL X C3H) F1 male grafts were rejected faster (MST = 18 days). To explain the results, it was supposed that CeF femalea express an additional non H-2 coded molecule which associated with H-Y antigen and pressents to an added receptor coded in the C3H genom. Thus, in (C57BL X C3H) F1 females, two simuntaneous restriction systems (H-2 and non H-2) would produce thebadditive effect causing a faster rejection of C3H and (C57BL x C3H) F1 male skin grafts.
