Sažetak
In order to meet customer demands, products or services must satisfy a set of specifications. All product specifications have to be met and defined based on customer needs. The estimation of process capability is a very useful technique for determining how well a process meets a set of specification limits. In the paper process capability analysis is conducted for multivariate data, including the estimation of multivariate capability indices. The Tsquared chart is used to simultaneously assess whether the process mean and variation are under control. The application of the multivariate statistical process control is presented using examples from industry.
