Sažetak
The prediction of energy use in building is an important parameter when accessing increasing energy performance of its technical system. In this paper, a simple model for forecasting energy consumption is presented and the most influential parameters on performance of building and thermal response were analysed using TRNSYS and R software. The analysis was conducted on one of the subsection of a largest residential building in Zagreb for a typical meteorological year. The impact of technical and non-technical parameters on energy consumption was analysed. The results obtained were used as a basis for analysing of the actual energy consumption data on buildings of similar characteristics and meteorological conditions.
